Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), Corporate Operating Budget (COB) Fund-501 LFPs eFGIS 2023 intends to apply the sum of Forty Six Million One Hundred Two Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos (PhP46,102,939.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Service Provider for the Upgrading of Enhanced Farmland Geographic Information System (eFGIS), WebFGIS Portal and Farmland Database, Invitation to Bid No. NIACOIEC-S-5. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration now invites PhilGEPS registered service provider to apply for eligibility and to bid for the above-mentioned project. The Service Provider shall execute and complete the project within five (5) months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
