Description : 1. The DENR-PENRO Negros Oriental, through the National Expenditures Program (NEP) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Service Provider for the Third Party Inventory and Assessment of Graduated NGP Plantation Sites. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The DENR-PENRO Negros Oriental now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE THIRD PARTY INVENTORY AND ASSESSMENT OF GRADUATED NGP PLANTATION SITES. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before March 25, 2025 @ 10:00 AM. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
