Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Service Provider for the Preventive Maintenance of already Installed Air-Conditioning Units at CIP Complex, Passenger Terminal Building and PMO Offices, Cebu Baseport

1. The Cebu Port Authority, through the CPA Corporate Operating Budget, intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos and 50/100 only (PhP 4,191,274.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Procurement of Service Provider for the Preventive Maintenance of already Installed Air-Conditioning Units at CIP Complex, Passenger Terminal Building and PMO Offices, Cebu Baseport” with Project Identification Number 2025-03-GO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
