The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through the signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) dated 27 May 2024 between LANDBANK and DSWD for AICS Program and AKAP in Region IV intends to apply the sum of Sixty Three Million Pesos Only (Php 63,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Service Provider for the Manual Distribution of Cash Assistance to 650,000 Beneficiaries of DSWD AICS Program and AKAP in Region IV (MIMAROPA) - 4 lots

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
