5. Transportation and Accommodation of auditors is care of the service provider

Eligibility:
1. Certification Bodies and/or Quality Management System (QMS) Consultancy firms with Higher Education Institutions and Government agencies as clientele
2. Accredited by the Philippine Accreditation Board and/or International Accrediting Body
3. Has been operating for not less than 10 years
4. To provide auditor/s with at least five (5) years- experience as QMS Auditor and has conducted at least ten (10) years audit
