DELIVERABLES

a. The Service Provider shall deliver the following:

i. Design and provide an in-house training to DTI 12 on Root Cause Analysis and Effective Corrective Action on September 25-26, 2025 in Koronadal City;
ii. Provide a facilitator;
iii. Provide DTI a copy of the training materials for reproduction as training material; and
iv. Provide the certificate of completion to participants.

QUALIFICATION OF A SERVICE PROVIDER

The Service Provider should exhibit the following:

a. An expert on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard;
b. The Service Provider must have a working knowledge of DTI-s Processes and with a previous contract or project with DTI within the past three (3) years in the conduct of similar activity.
c. Further, the Service Provider must have extensive experience with QMS in the government sector, having assisted more than seventy (70) government clients (NGAs, LGUs, GOCCs, GFIs, SUCs, etc.)
