Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE HEALTH PROGRAM TELEHEALTH - DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PHASE 2
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (PhP 5,858,880.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Service Provider for the Health Program Telehealth - Digital Transformation Phase 2 / B-G-2025-057-R Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Five (5) months. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
