Description : I. DESCRIPTION

General Pest Control Service of the Industry and Investments Building for a period of one (1) year.

II. APPROVED BUDGET OF THE CONTRACT

The approved budget for the contract is Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250,000.00) inclusive of VAT.

III. SCOPE OF WORK

• Eliminate and control all of crawling and flying insects; rats and mice in all areas of the building from Basement to Penthouse and Parking Area.
• Conduct weekly general pest control including thermal fogging to be undertaken every Saturday of the month in the following areas: offices, lobby, hallways, stairways, comfort rooms, machine/garbage rooms, and other areas of the building to eradicate cockroaches, mosquitoes and other flying and crawling insects.
• Use misting machines with water-based chemicals duly approved by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) inside offices, canteen and stock rooms.
• Control and eradication of all flying and crawling insects by using surface spray and injection gel.
