  1) The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Four Hundred Ten Thousand Six Hundred Nine Pesos (PhP 11,410,609.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Service Provider for the Collection, Transportation, Treatment, and Disposal of Healthcare Waste (Early Procurement Activity) under IB No. 2025-11-18 (53). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
