Description : 1. SPECIFICATIONS:

Front Elevation = 200m²
Left Side Elevation = 150m²
Right Side Elevation = 200m²
Rear Elevation = 120m²
Atrium = 80m²
Pump rm., Machine rm., and Roof Deck = 150m²
Guard House and Gate Portion = 100m²

Scope of works:
• Clearing and set up manual gondolas and scaffoldings
• Surface preparation
• Removal of bricks with cracks, dirt, glime, algae, and grease thru manual scrubbing, sanding, and hydro blasting
• Putting new era bricks for the missing bricks on the existing wall
2. Completion date of the project is 70 cd upon receipt of Purchase Order/Job Order
3. Inclusive of VAT and other government taxes
