Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR CAR RENTAL SERVICES CY 2026

1) The Department of Agrarian Reform-Negros Occidental 1 (North), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Pesos (PhP 852,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Service Provider for Car Rental Services CY 2026/DAR NEG. OCC. 1 PB-GOODS 25-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Agrarian Reform-Negros Occidental 1 (North) now invites bids for the Procurement of Service Provider for Car Rental Services using the Early Procurement Activities. Delivery of the Goods is required by January to December CY 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
