PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE ARCHITECTURAL AND OTHER ENGINEERING DESIGNS OF A PROPOSED SIX-STOREY MRI AND WARD BUILDING FOR CARAGA REGIONAL HOSPITAL

1) The CARAGA REGIONAL HOSPITAL through the INTERNALLY GENERATED FUND (IGF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION PESOS (PHP 12,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE ARCHITECTURAL AND OTHER ENGINEERING DESIGNS OF A PROPOSED SIX-STOREY MRI AND WARD BUILDING FOR CARAGA REGIONAL HOSPITAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
