INVITATION TO BID

PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE FOR PRIME-HRM
AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
UNDER ISO 9001:2015

1.The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the GENERAL FUND-2025 intends to
apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP500,000.00) being the ABC to
payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE FOR PRIME-HRM AND
MAINTENANCE SUPPORT OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UNDER ISO 9001:2015 /
NJQ-SERV-07-2025-046. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.

2.The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods/Services is required WITHIN TWELVE(12) MONTHS. Bidders should have
completed, WITHIN FIVE(5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract
