1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Service for the Preventive Maintenance/Calibration/Repair of Laboratory Equipment of Congressman Enrique “Henry” M. Cojuangco Memorial District Hospital / B-G-2025-005-N. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
