The COTABATO FOUNDATION COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Five Thousand Pesos Only (P 805,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE OF AN ISO CERTIFYING BODY FOR THE RE-CERTIFICATION OF THE CFCST. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
