1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the MDRRMF- 70%-2024intends to apply
the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 1,500,000.00)being the
ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE FOR FLOOD STUDY OF
BAYAMBANG (HYDROLOGIC AND SURVEY WORKS) / NJQ-SERV-05-2025-027. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods/Services is required WITHIN ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) CALENDAR
DAYS. Bidders should have completed, WITHIN FIVE(5) YEARS from the date of submission and
