The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure procurement of service for the exterior cleaning of PMS Western Visayas Sub-Central Unit building, Iloilo for 12 months (see attached TOR) with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Three Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Seven pesos and 56/100 (PhP384,957.56) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 20 October 2025 at 2:00 PM:
a. PhilGEPS Registration Number;
b. Mayor-s/Business Permit;
c. Income/Business Tax Return ;
