PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE EQUIPMENT TO SUPPORT THE LGU ON MAINTENANCE OF BUILDINGS AND SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS

1. The Local Government Unit of Tarragona, through the Loan Proceeds availed from the Development Bank of the Philippines Mati City Branch, 2026 (DBP-Mati City Branch), intends to apply the sum of SEVENTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY. (₱ 17,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase Request No.¬¬2026-102. Pursuant to the New Government Procurement Act (RA 12009), bids exceeding the ABC shall be automatically disqualified at the bid opening."
