The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php 4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Service for the Enhancement of Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy - Agency Reporting and Monitoring System (PADS-ARMS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
