Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
Semi-Expendable Office Equipment - Air-conditioning Units
PROPOSED Procurement of Two (2) Units Split-Type Air-conditioner for the use of the Bureau of
the Treasury - Regional Office IX (Customer Lounge & Operations Unit).
A. OBJECTIVE
The project calls for the procurement of two (2) split-type air-conditioning units for the following
reasons:
1. The existing units at the Bureau of the Treasury - Regional Office IX (Operations and
Planning Unit and Customer Lounge), Pagadian City, are frequently defective, often requiring
repairs and replenishment of Freon.
2. The purchase of new units will ensure a comfortable and conducive working environment,
eliminating inconvenience due to poor cooling.
3. Replacement will reduce the utilization of the budget for repeated repair and maintenance
expenses.
B. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
