7. REQUIRED CERTIFY TRUE COPY OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS (attached to your quotation): PhilGEPS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, VALID BUSINESS / MAYOR'S PERMIT, BIR PERMIT (CTC) SHALL BE ATTACHED UPON SUBMISSION OF THE QUOTATION. (3 copies)
8. BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT ORIGINAL BROCHURE SHOWING CERTIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT BEING OFFERED
