Description : The Bicol University Tabaco-Nursing Department through the Corporate Budget Approved by Board of Reagents (Fund-RLE) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 530,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract: Procurement of semi expandable furniture and equipment for classrooms in Nursing Department.
The Bicol University now requests quotation/proposal from suppliers for the contract: Procurement of semi expandable furniture and equipment for classrooms in Nursing Department.
Procurement will be conducted through NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, an alternative method of procurement specified and prescribed under Rule XVI - Alternative Modes of Procurement, Section 52.1b - Negotiated Procurement (Shopping), of the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.
