1. The Veterans Federation of the Philippines, through the Corporate Budget for 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY SIX MILLION TWENTY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED PESOS AND 06/100 (₱26,023,100.06) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Services for VFP-HQ and VFPIC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
