Description : Procurement of Security Services for
University of the Philippines Manila and the Philippine General Hospital
(FY2026-2027)
1) The University of the Philippines Manila, through the UPM Funds and Fund 164 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Nine Million Six Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Seven Pesos and Four Centavos (Php129,691,327.04) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Services for University of the Philippines Manila and the Philippine General Hospital (FY2026-2027). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
