1) The JOSE RIZAL MEMORIAL STATE UNIVERSITY DIPOLOG CAMPUS through the Special Trust Fund for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand One Hundred Forty-One Pesos and 54/100 Only (Php 2,622,141.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services for Twelve (12) Months with Eight (8) Security Guards. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The JOSE RIZAL MEMORIAL STATE UNIVERSITY DIPOLOG CAMPUS now invites bids for the Procurement of Security Services for Twelve (12) Months with Eight (8) Security Guards using competitive bidding. Delivery of Services is required within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed [NTP].
