1. The Department of Education, Schools Division Office of Cagayan, through the FY 2025 MOOE intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (P930,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE SCHOOLS DIVISION OFFICE OF CAGAYAN / GOODS2024-143. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
