  1. The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2025) and 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2026), intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-SIX MILLION ONE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (PHP26,192,000.00) being the respective Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services for Pulangi IV Hydroelectric Power Plant and General Santos Land Property for CY 2025 with Project Reference No. 2025-PB-SS-P4HPP/GLP-046-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
