1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered, technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers to participate in the negotiated procurement for the Procurement of Security Services for the Presidential Management Staff Sub-Central Unit Western Visayas in Iloilo, in accordance with Section 35.1 of Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
2. The PMS intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP2,810,000.00), inclusive of all taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract.
