  The Security Services Provider should have;
  1. a valid and current License to Operate (LTO) issued by the PNP-Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (SOSIA)
  2. A valid Certificate of the Good Standing duly issued by the Philippines Associations of Detectives and Protection Agency Operation (PADPAO),Inc. as of the month prior to the publication of the Invitation to Bid.
  3. Provide the necessary firearms, tools, implements, equipment, supplies, uniforms and materials necessary, appropriate and incidental for the optimum operation of the security services.
  4. Proof of payments of remittances dedicated from employees' salary/benefits.
