Description : I. GENERAL OBJECTIVE
a. The National Labor Relations Commission - Sub-Regional Arbitration Branch VI, as the CLIENT, is looking for a duly licensed and responsible security agency, as the CONTRACTOR, which is a member of good standing of the Philippine Association of Detective and Protective Agency Operators, Inc. (PADPAO) to provide security services for the CLIENT located at 2/F S.C. Divinagracia Bldg., Quezon St., Iloilo City

b. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide security services as independent contractor/ security service provider for the period covering April 01, 2025 to December 31, 2025, unless sooner terminated for any cause by the CLIENT by giving the CONTRACTOR a thirty (30) day prior written notice of termination.

II. SECURITY SERVICES
a. The CONTRACTOR binds himself to protect the CLIENT-s properties in the above-stated Office address from sabotage, burglary, robbery and other unlawful acts.
