  Description : 1) The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2026) and 2027 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2027), intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (5,637,000.00) being the respective Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services for Mexico Central Warehouse and Stockyard for CY 2026 (herein referred to as “Project”) with Project Reference No. 2026-CB-SS-MCWS-007-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) PSALM now invites bids for the Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by June 2026. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contract similar to the Project.
