Description : The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Regional Office VIII - Tacloban intends to procure security services for July-December 2025 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Six Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Pesos (₱642,000.00), under Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings.

The PRC-Tacloban Regional Bids and Award Committee (RBAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project. The interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat at the address given below from 16 May 2025 to 29 May 2025, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00 PM.

The RBAC will hold the Negotiation Meeting on 22 May 2025 at 10:00 AM, at the PRC RO8 Conference Room, 2nd Floor, LVD Law Bldg., Avenida Veteranos, Tacloban City. Two (2) copies of the proposals (one original and one copy) must be submitted to the BAC which must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at PRC RO8 Office, LVD Law Bldg., Avenida Veteranos, Tacloban City, on or before May 29, 2025, 10:00 AM. Late bids shall not be accepted.
