(EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR FY 2026)

PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FROM JANUARY TO JUNE 2026

1) The Municipal Government of Naic through its 2026 GENERAL FUND intend to apply the sum of THREE
MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 3,240,000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY
SERVICES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Municipal Government of Naic now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES.
Delivery of Services/Work is within six (6) months . Bidders should have completed a similar contract with a
value of at least 50% of the ABC within three (3) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The
description of eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to
Bidders.
