1. The Local Government of Dinalupihan, through the Local Government Unit Operating Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (Php4,290,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services (January to June 2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
