ITEM SPECIFICATION
QUALIFICATION OF SECURITY GUARDS
Security Services
1.Filipino Citizen
2.At least High School graduate.
3.Fit to work. (Medical Certificate)
4. Not less than 21 years of age not more than 55 years of age.
5. Must possess valid security guard license.
6. Undergone Basic Training on Customer Service.
7. Knowledge on the Basic of First Aid.
8. Proficient in handling guns
9. Passed the drug test conducted 6 months before assumption to
post.
Other Requirements:
a. No. of Years of Experience (at least one (1) year as Security
Guard)
b. Liquidity of the Contractor
c. Organizational Set-up
d. Licensed Firearms must be provided
e. Communication Devices must be provided
f. Agency Security Plan
g. Provide a Recruitment and Selection Criteria
h. Provide complete Uniforms and Other Paraphernalia (Flashlight,
Security Belt, Emergency Whistle, Guard Nightstick/Baton)
