ITEM SPECIFICATION
QUALIFICATION OF SECURITY GUARDS
1 Filipino Citizen
2 College level preferably those who have completed at two (2) year degree course or with at least seventy-two (72) units earned in college.
3 Fit to work. (Medical Certificate)
4 Not less than 21 years of age not more than 45 years of age.
5 Cleared by the law enforcement agencies and without previous record of any conviction of criminal offenses involving moral turpitude. (National Police Clearance)
6 Of good moral character. (Barangay Clearance)
7 Undergone Basic Training on Customer Service.
8 Must possess valid security guard license.
9 Knowledge on the Basic of First Aid.
10 Knowledge on self-defense techniques.
11 Proficient in handling guns
12 Must have passed Psychological & Neuro-psychiatric Examinations.
13 Passed the drug test conducted 6 months before assumption to post.
