Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES
1) The Ospital ng Palawan, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos and 48/100 (₱ 7,954,773.48) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services with Reference no. IB-GOODS-2026-015. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Ospital ng Palawan now invites bids for the Procurement of Security Services using nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as provided for in Section 59 of RA 12009 and it-s IRR. The criterion for evaluation to determine the award of contract shall be Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) as provided for in Section 58.2.a of RA 12009 and it-s IRR and Instruction to Bidders 26.3.a & b of Bidding Document (May 2025-First Edition).
