  PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES
  FOR GOV. CELESTINO GALLARES MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER

  1) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center (GCGMMC), through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Six Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Philippine Pesos Only (Php 13,624,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Services for Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center under IB#2026-03-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The GCGMMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as procurement strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required from May 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
