Description : 1. Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Two Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Twelve Pesos (Php11,228,512.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services for FY 2026 [PB 06-2026 EPA]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Labor Relations Commission now invites bids for the provision of services of a security agency for the provision of security services in the NLRC Central Office, Commission Proper, and Regional Arbitration Branches for a period of one (1) year. Delivery of the Goods is required by FY 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
