The Department of Justice-National Prosecution Service Region 02 (DOJ-NPS), through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), is inviting interested parties to bid for the following project:

Procurement of Security Services for FY 2026

Approved Budget of the Contract: Php 2,450,000.00
Delivery Period: one (1) year (from February 01, 2026- January 31, 2027)
Location: DOJ-NPS Regional Office 02, Dalan Na Angicacua,
Regional Government Center, Carig Sur, Tuguegrao City,
Cagayan

The prospective bidders must have an experience of having completed, within a period of five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) contract similar to the contract of the bid, and the value of which, adjusted to current price using PSA consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bidden. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
