The Human Rights Violations Victims- Memorial Commission (HRVVMC), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure SECURITY SERVICES FOR FY 2025 (JULY TO DECEMBER) through Small Value Procurement - Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 980,000.00) under the HRVVMC budget.
