Description : Invitation to Bid for THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE MINES AND GEOSCIENCES BUREAU REGIONAL OFFICE NO. II (MGB ROII) FOR FY 2026
Invitation to Bid No. 2025-11-02

1)The MGB ROII through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP 828,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services for the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2)The MGB ROII now invites bids for the Procurement of Security Services for the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. II using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Deployment of Security Guards is required upon receipt of notice from the Finance and Administrative Division (FAD) but not earlier than January 01, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
