Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2026

1) The Department of Transportation-Cordillera Administrative Region - DOTr-CAR, through the DOTr-CAR National Expenditure Program for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million, One Hundred Fifty-three Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-One Pesos and 7/100 (Php7,153,461.07) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract the procurement of Security Services for DOTr-CAR CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DOTr-CAR now invites bids for the Procurement of Security Services for DOTr-CAR CY2026 using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Services is required from January 01, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least within Two (2) years prior to the deadline from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
