1. The Department of Science and Technology Regional Office No. IX, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (PHP 1,375,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DOST IX-25-01-002. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
