Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Security Services for the Department of Foreign Affairs for the Period 01 February to 31 December 2025 (Early Procurement Activity)

1. The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the National Expenditure Program FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eleven Million Two Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Six Pesos and 88/100 (PhP 111,222,226.88) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services for the Department of Foreign Affairs for the Period 01 February to 31 December 2025 (Early Procurement Activity) with identification number PB-GS-22-2024.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Foreign Affairs now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required from 01 February to 31 December2025 subject to possible extensions based on the existing Procurement Laws and Regulations. Bidders should ...
