  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR
  THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM CENTRAL OFFICE
  (DARCO) FOR CY 2026
  
  1) The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), through the General Appropriations
  Act of 2026, intends to apply the sum of Philippine Pesos Twenty-One Million,
  Fifteen Thousand One Hundred Fifty and 00/100 (Php21,015,150.00) being the
  Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
  Procurement of Security Services (45 Security Personnel) for the Department of
  Agrarian Reform Central Office (DARCO) for CY 2026 for (8) Months (May 1 to
  December 31, 2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
  rejected at bid opening.
