Description : 1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Regional Office III (DENR RO III), through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Pesos (₱2,437,000.00) as the proposed budget for the contract, subject to the approval of the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA), for the procurement of Security Services covering the period January 1 to December 31, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DENR Regional Office III now invites bids for security services covering the daily safeguarding and protection of office premises, personnel, equipment, documents, and other government property within the compound. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) procedure under Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Delivery of the Services shall be from January 1 to December 31, 2026.
