Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
Procurement of Security Services for CY 2026
(Early Procurement Activity)

1) The Isabela State University-Cauayan Campus, through the General Appropriation Act(GAA)/101 Fund, Special Budget (SB) 164, ISUC Trust Receipt, and Income Generating Enterprises (IGE) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Three Thousand Five Hundred Two Pesos and 70/100 Only (Php 4,403,502.70), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Services for CY 2026 (Early Procurement Activity). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Isabela State University-Cauayan Campus now invites bids for Procurement of Security Services 2026 using the Early Procurement Activity (EPA). Delivery of the Goods is required for 12 months. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
