PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2026
(EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)

1. The FOREST PRODUCTS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE (FPRDI) through the CY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 3,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) (inclusive of VAT) to payment under the contract for the following item/s:

NAME OF PROJECT Procurement of Security Services for FPRDI employees, properties and premises, for 10 security personnel (7-day shift, 3-night shift) rendering eight (8) hours duty daily, including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
BRIEF DESCRIPTION Maintain law and order at the premises of FPRDI

Protect and guard its property against theft, robbery, arson, and destruction

Protect its officers, employees, visitors, and guests from assault, harassment, and threat of intimidation as well as enforce and implement its rules and regulations relative to the maintenance of security and safety measures
