The Department of Justice - National Prosecution Service Region VII, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) is inviting interested parties to bid the hereunder project:

Name of Project : Janitorial Services for CY 2025

Project No.: PB-002-11-2025

Location : Department of Justice Cebu Building

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : P4,500,000.00

Delivery Period : 12 months

The prospective bidders must have an experience of having completed within a period of three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
